Vital Distraction was formed in 2002 by Moore, Babb, and three other memeber, Kevin Aguirre, Chad Hofteig, and Chris Villa.
Moore, Aguirre, Hofteig, and Villa will retain ownership and management of Vital Distraction, LLC.
